DEIK Hungarian Business Councils members appointed as a result of an election by DEIK Business Councils have met and celebrated their new office period.

The business dinner organized at the Hungarian Cultural Center was participated by Adnan Polat, Chairman, Business Council, Balázs Hendrich, Hungarian Counsel General in Istanbul, Zsofia Kakas, Trade Attaché, Tamas Torma, Consultant, Arda Tugay, Country Director, Turkey, Hungarian Eximbank and, Business Council members.

Adnan Polat, Chairman, DEIK Turkey Hungary Business Council, said that they wanted to be involved in the developments relating to the Hungarian Investment and Promotion Agency (HIPA) and, he believes that this would significantly increase the investments from Turkey in Hungary. /p>

Consul General Balázs Hendrich stated that he wanted to establish an advisory board within the consulate general, they attach importance to business people taking place in his board and, thus they would like to see the DEIK Hungary Business Council Executive Committee Members taking office in this board.

Trade Counselor Zsofia Kakas highlighted that the mutual economic relationships between Turkey and Hungary have significantly increased in recent years and, the business world representatives from Turkey have contributed to this increase and, thanked the attending business people.

During the dinner, it was stated that the efforts to increase the awareness in respect to the Hungarian market and, the Hungary National Trading House (MNKH) focuses on the marketing and promotional activities carried out by ALX HUNGARY, representative of Turkey as well as Greece and Iran.
